These Terms of Service incorporate by reference the Creator Guidelines and Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to comply with those documents.
These Terms apply to all users of the CreatorsForAgents platform.
CreatorsForAgents operates solely as a directory platform, connecting real estate agents with independent short-form video creators.
2. Platform Role & Disclaimer
CreatorsForAgents does not:
- Employ creators
- Act as an agent, broker, or representative
- Facilitate payments
- Manage projects, timelines, or deliverables
- Guarantee work, leads, income, or results
All interactions, agreements, pricing, timelines, and outcomes related to work arrangements are solely between the agent and the creator.
3. Creator Listings
Creators are responsible for:
- Ensuring all information in their listing is accurate and truthful
- Only submitting work they have the legal right to display
- Maintaining professional conduct when engaging with agents
CreatorsForAgents reserves the right to remove or suspend listings that violate platform guidelines or these terms.
4. No Guarantees
CreatorsForAgents makes no guarantees regarding:
- Number of inquiries or leads
- Job opportunities
- Revenue or income
- Business success
Use of the Platform is at your own risk with respect to outcomes.
5. Third-Party Interactions
CreatorsForAgents is not responsible for:
- Disputes between users
- Missed deadlines
- Quality of work
- Payment issues
- Cancellations or refunds
Any disputes must be resolved directly between the parties involved.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CreatorsForAgents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
6. Intellectual Property
All site content, branding, and platform materials belong to CreatorsForAgents unless otherwise stated. Users retain ownership of their own submitted content.
7. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless CreatorsForAgents from claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
8. Termination
CreatorsForAgents may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time for violations of these terms or applicable guidelines.
9. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
