These guidelines exist to maintain quality, professionalism, and trust across the CreatorsForAgents platform. All creators submitting listings agree to the following.
1. Eligibility & Authenticity
- All submitted listings must represent your own work
- Sample videos must be content you personally edited or produced
- Any social profiles linked must belong to you or clearly showcase work you were directly responsible for
- Impersonation, misrepresentation, or use of stolen content is strictly prohibited
Listings that do not clearly demonstrate authentic work may be rejected or removed at our discretion based on these guidelines.
2. Profile Content Rules
Creator profiles must remain professional and informative.
Listings may not include:
- Phone numbers
- Direct payment requests
- External contact instructions (e.g., “DM me on Instagram,” “Message me on WhatsApp”)
- Promotional links unrelated to showcasing your work
- Misleading claims, guarantees, or exaggerated results
The purpose of a listing is to present your skills and samples — not to redirect traffic off-platform.
3. Communication & Engagement
Creators may be contacted by agents through the platform’s contact method.
Once contact has been initiated:
- Any further communication arrangements are solely between the creator and the agent
- CreatorsForAgents does not participate in, monitor, or control private communications
- We are not responsible for discussions, agreements, or outcomes between creators and agents
4. Professional Conduct
Creators are expected to conduct themselves professionally when engaging with agents, including:
- Communicating honestly and respectfully
- Setting clear expectations before accepting work
- Following through on commitments they voluntarily agree to with agents
CreatorsForAgents does not manage projects, enforce deadlines, or mediate disputes between parties.
5. Platform Rights
We reserve the right to:
- Review all listings before or after publication
- Edit, reject, suspend, or remove listings that violate these guidelines
- Update these guidelines as the platform evolves
Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent removal from the platform.
Continued use of the platform after updates to these guidelines constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
6. Appeals & Resubmission
Creators whose listings are removed may be eligible to resubmit after addressing the issue that led to removal.
Reinstatement or approval of revised listings is not guaranteed and remains at our discretion.
7. Disclaimer
CreatorsForAgents is a directory platform only.
We do not:
- Facilitate payments
- Guarantee work outcomes
- Verify contracts or agreements
- Resolve disputes between creators and agents
All work arrangements are made independently between creators and agents.
